The Old Farmers Almanac Embraces Climate Sanity

Another major climate-predicting entity has embraced real, natural-climate theories and rejected the hype of man-made ‘global warming’. As an organization with an incentive to produce accurate weather forecasts instead of an incentive toward power or financial funding, the Almanac uses a variety of natural forcers in its climate model.

 

Factors like solar shielding of earth from cloud forming cosmic rays (Svensmark theory), solar UV output, and the influence of the ocean currents (PDO and AMO) correlate closely with the changes in our climate over the last century vs. steadily rising CO2 levels that have not been matched with steadily rising temperatures.

 

Check out their (not surprising) prediction for an upcoming period of cooling in our climate based on the above model. I believe this will ultimately become the model or basis for a model that will finally begin to realistically explain our climate:
